Frequently Asked Questions

What shows up at the front office when we place this order?

One carton holding four sealed toner cartridges: black, cyan, magenta and yellow, one of each, at $313.49 for the set. The black cartridge is part number 006R01457, cyan is 006R01460, magenta is 006R01459 and yellow is 006R01458 — worth a glance at the labels when the box lands, before anything goes near the printer.

Does the Premium Quality version give a school anything extra?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise: the Premium Quality listing contains the same cartridges, at the same $313.49, with the same page ratings and the same warranty and free-returns terms as the standard listing. The word Premium changes the listing label, not the contents of the box or the conditions of the sale.

Enrollment week and report-card week bury this machine. Will the ratings hold up?

The ratings — 22,000 pages for black and 15,000 pages for each color — are figured at everyday office coverage. School peaks are mostly text: forms, letters home, worksheets. Black carries that load and usually tracks its rating fairly closely, while the colors are spent on the occasional color newsletter or classroom poster. The real risk in a peak week is not yield, it is an empty slot on the busiest morning, which is why a sealed spare set matters.

Can a front-office staff member swap a cartridge between classes?

Yes. Each color is an independent unit in its own slot, so replacing the one that has run out is a short job that touches nothing else in the machine. Swap the spent cartridge, print a test page, and the queue of permission slips and handouts moves again — the other three cartridges stay seated and untouched.

How does delivery work for a school address?

We ship from whichever warehouse — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — is positioned to reach you fastest, and the delivery and returns details are spelled out on the shipping and returns page. Ordering ahead of the term rush is the simplest way to make delivery timing a non-issue.

If a cartridge fails mid-term, what happens?

It is covered. The set carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, so a defective cartridge is exchanged or refunded rather than written off against the supply budget. Support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and other Xerox supplies for the rest of the building are on the brand page.

About This WorkCentre 7120S Premium Four-Color Toner Set

School offices run on paper with deadlines attached — enrollment packets, report cards, letters that must go home today — and the WorkCentre 7120S sits in the middle of all of it. This Premium Quality set supplies that rhythm with a black cartridge rated at 22,000 pages and 15,000 pages from each color, at the same $313.49 and on the same terms as the standard set, because the cartridges themselves are the same. It feeds the same supply family as the WorkCentre 7120 line, so one check of the part numbers on the supplies screen is all the confirmation an office needs.
