Frequently Asked Questions

The panel on our machine lists four supply numbers. Which ones should this set match?

Read the numbers off the supplies status screen and set them against the four cartridges in this box: black is 006R01457, cyan is 006R01460, magenta is 006R01459 and yellow is 006R01458. Take care with the color order, because the numbering does not run in the sequence most people expect — yellow sits at 006R01458, magenta at 006R01459 and cyan at 006R01460. If the screen in your machine shows those same four numbers, you are looking at the correct refill set.

What do we actually get for the $313.49?

Four sealed toner cartridges, one per color channel: a single black, a single cyan, a single magenta and a single yellow. Nothing else rides along in the carton — drum units and waste toner containers are separate supplies with their own part numbers, so if the machine is calling for one of those as well, it belongs on a separate order line.

Our 7120 prints, copies and scans all day. How should we read the page ratings?

The black cartridge carries a 22,000-page rating while cyan, magenta and yellow are each rated at 15,000 pages, all measured at standard page coverage. A general office mostly pushes text through the machine, so black does the heavy lifting and normally outlasts the colors. Presentation handouts and full-color copies lay down far more toner per sheet, and a department that produces a lot of them will see the color ratings shrink in real terms.

Yellow gave out in the middle of a copy run. Does the whole set come out?

No — every cartridge lives in its own slot as its own sealed unit. Pull the spent yellow, slide the fresh one in, and leave the remaining three exactly where they are. The job on the glass or in the feeder can pick right back up once the machine registers the new cartridge, and nobody has to disturb colors that still have life in them.

How does an order reach us, and how fast?

Stock ships from whichever of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA sits closest to your address, and the delivery windows and carrier details are laid out on our shipping and returns page. Offices that cannot afford a silent machine usually hold one sealed set in the supply cabinet so a low-toner warning never turns into a scramble.

If a cartridge turns out to be faulty, what covers us?

Each cartridge in the set is backed by a 1-year warranty together with 1-year free returns, so a defective unit goes back for a replacement or a refund rather than becoming an argument. Our support team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the wider Xerox range is on the brand page if other machines in the building need feeding too.

About This WorkCentre 7120 Four-Color Toner Set

The WorkCentre 7120 earns its floor space as the shared hub of an office — walk-up copies in the morning, scanned contracts after lunch, printed reports all day long. This four-cartridge set is matched to that workload: 22,000 pages from the black cartridge and 15,000 from each color means the machine keeps pace with a busy department without constant supply runs. Confirm the four part numbers on your supplies screen, order the set at $313.49, and the hub stays open for business.
