Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Premium Quality" on this listing actually get us?

Honestly, the same thing the standard listing gets you. This set holds the identical four cartridges, at the identical $221.21 price, under identical terms — the Premium wording is a listing label, not a different product, a different fill or a different grade of toner. If you are comparing the two listings side by side, choose on availability; there is no upgrade hiding in the name.

How do we confirm this is the set our Phaser 6700 already runs?

Pull up the supplies page on your Phaser 6700 or check the boxes coming out of it. The four numbers to match are 106R01510 for black, 106R01507 for cyan, 106R01508 for magenta and 106R01509 for yellow. A match on all four means this is your set; a different family number means the machine was fed from another line.

How far does a set stretch in a department that prints all day?

Black 106R01510 is rated at 18,000 pages and each color — 106R01507, 106R01508 and 106R01509 — at 12,000 pages, all at standard document coverage. A reports-and-correspondence department leans hardest on the black channel, so expect black to call for replacement first while the colors still have life in them; graphics-heavy floors will see the gap narrow.

When one channel empties, are we swapping all four cartridges?

No. Each cartridge sits in its own bay and is used independently, so you replace only the one that ran dry and leave the other three working. Nothing about a full set purchase obliges a full set swap — most offices change the black two or three times across the life of one color set.

We stock spares for printers on more than one floor — any storage rules?

Keep the cartridges sealed in their boxes, indoors, away from radiators, windows and direct sun. They hold up well for many months that way. When a fresh set arrives, put it behind the older stock so the oldest cartridges go into a machine first.

What protection comes with the set if a cartridge disappoints?

Each cartridge is backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. Our support team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders leave from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA. Full delivery and returns terms are on our shipping and returns page, and the wider Xerox catalogue sits on the brand page.

About This Phaser 6700 Premium High Yield Toner Set

The Phaser 6700 is the kind of machine a whole department leans on, and this four-cartridge set is built for that duty: black 106R01510 rated at 18,000 pages, with cyan 106R01507, magenta 106R01508 and yellow 106R01509 at 12,000 pages apiece. One $221.21 order restocks every channel at once, so the supply cabinet holds a complete answer the next time the machine calls for any color.

The Premium listing carries those same cartridges at the same price and on the same terms as the standard one — what you are buying here is capacity and convenience, a full high-yield set in a single box-count of four, ready to rotate through the machine channel by channel as the work demands.
