Frequently Asked Questions

We inherited this printer with our office. How do we confirm the set before ordering?

Open the printer, lift out one cartridge and read its label against this set: black is 106R01439, cyan is 106R01433, magenta is 106R01434 and yellow is 106R01435. A match on any one of them means your Phaser 7500VDN runs this family, and the set on this page is the refill to order.

Does the "Premium Quality" version print better than the standard one?

No — and we will not pretend otherwise. Both listings ship the same four cartridges with the same numbers, the same yields and the same $254.71 price. Premium is simply the name on this listing; what arrives at your door is identical either way.

Our appeal mailers are photo-heavy. Which cartridges will the campaign consume?

Mostly the colors. Each color cartridge is rated at 17,800 pages under standard coverage, and a photograph across half the page spends toner far faster than that benchmark. Black, rated at 19,800 pages, mostly carries the letter text and usually outlasts the colors across a mailing cycle — plan the reorder around whichever color dips first.

Between campaigns the printer sits idle for weeks. How should spare cartridges be kept?

Sealed in their boxes, in a normal room — a supply cabinet away from heaters and sunny windows is all they ask. An unopened cartridge waiting a season between mailings is perfectly fine; just rotate stock so the oldest box gets opened first when the next appeal goes to print.

How is the set delivered to a small office like ours?

It ships from the warehouse among our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California sites that is nearest to you. Costs, timing and return instructions are all laid out on our shipping and returns page if you need them for the campaign budget.

Who do we call if something goes wrong with a cartridge?

The set carries a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns, and our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. For other supplies the printer eventually needs, the Xerox brand page rounds up the rest of the range.

About This Phaser 7500VDN Premium High-Yield Toner Set

A small nonprofit that prints its own appeals on a Phaser 7500VDN watches every line of the campaign budget, and toner is one of the few it can predict. This set pairs a 19,800-page black cartridge for letters and forms with three 17,800-page colors for the photography that makes a mailer worth opening. The same cartridges also serve the Phaser 7500, Phaser 7500DN, Phaser 7500DT and Phaser 7500DX. Match the numbers on your current cartridges, order the set at $254.71, and the printer is one less thing standing between the appeal and the mailbox.
