Frequently Asked Questions

Purchasing needs certainty before issuing a PO. How do we confirm this set?

By the numbers on the cartridges already in service: black 106R01439, cyan 106R01433, magenta 106R01434, yellow 106R01435. When those four are what your Phaser 7500YDT runs, write them on the requisition — every future reorder is then a match against the same list, with no guesswork for whoever holds the pen.

What separates this Premium listing from the standard one?

Nothing in the box. The cartridges, yields, price of $254.71, warranty and return terms are the same on both listings; "Premium Quality" is a name, not a spec. A public office buying with taxpayer funds deserves that stated plainly, so we state it.

Council packet weeks are heavy, other weeks are light. How do we plan toner?

Start from the ratings — black at 19,800 pages, colors at 17,800 each under standard coverage — and track against your own packet calendar. Agenda packets are mostly text, so black does the heavy lifting in a meeting week; the public-notice posters and charts are what spend the colors. Most clerks reorder when the second cartridge reports low.

Can a spare set sit in a shared supply room until it is needed?

Yes. Keep the cartridges sealed in their cartons in ordinary office conditions and they wait patiently between meeting cycles. Mark the purchase date on the box, use the older stock first, and the supply room stays an asset instead of a scavenger hunt.

How does delivery to a municipal address work?

The set ships from the closest of our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California. Timing, costs and the returns procedure are documented on our shipping and returns page for the purchasing file.

What recourse does the office have for a faulty cartridge?

The 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns that cover the whole set. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the Xerox brand page lists the printer's other supplies when the office restocks.

About This Phaser 7500YDT Premium High-Yield Toner Set

A municipal office running a Phaser 7500YDT prints the public record — council packets, notices, permits and the posters on the lobby board. This set is sized for that workload, with black rated at 19,800 pages for the document volume and each color rated at 17,800 pages for charts, maps and notices. The same four cartridges also fit the Phaser 7500, Phaser 7500DN, Phaser 7500DT and Phaser 7500DX, which simplifies life for any department sharing the family. Match the numbers, order at $254.71, and the record keeps printing.
