Frequently Asked Questions
Which toner set fits the Oki C9600HN?
The C9600HN uses black 42918901, cyan 42918902, magenta 42918903, and yellow 42918904. Keep the four numbers matched as a set for this model.
My C9600HN prints wide color pages with uneven color. What is the cause?
Uneven color on large-format prints often means a color cartridge is running low, so check the 42918902 through 42918904 levels. Also run a cleaning cycle, since LED printheads can accumulate debris on wide jobs.
How do I avoid wasting color toner on the C9600HN?
Set the driver default to monochrome and switch to color only for jobs that need it. This keeps the three color cartridges nearly full during everyday text printing.
