Frequently Asked Questions

Is it sensible to keep a spare Premium set on the shelf for the MC851CDXN?

For a machine the office depends on, yes. The cartridges are individually sealed and store well in a cool, dry cupboard, so a spare set means a low-toner warning never becomes downtime. At $137.17 a set, the insurance is cheap next to a stalled print queue — and if a color runs out mid-job, the replacement is already in the building.

Does "Premium Quality" raise the price over the standard listing?

No. This Premium Quality set is $137.17, identical to the standard MC851CDXN set, with identical contents and yields — black to 11,000 pages, each color to 11,500. We see no honest difference to charge for, so there isn't one.

Which part numbers identify this set?

44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604, taken together. Quote those four numbers when you reorder or talk to support and there is no ambiguity about which set you mean.

Which printers is it listed for?

The Oki C711dn and C711dtn. Running something else? Match your machine's cartridge numbers against the four above before ordering.

What cover do I get with a compatible set?

One-year warranty and one-year free returns on every set, detailed on our shipping & returns page.

How do I reach you, and where does stock ship from?

Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA handle dispatch, and the rest of the family lives on the Okidata brand page.

About This MC851CDXN Premium Quality Set

This listing is the shelf-spare and full-refresh option for the MC851CDXN in one: four sealed cartridges under part numbers 44318601 through 44318604, $137.17 the set, black rated to 11,000 pages and each color to 11,500. The Premium Quality wording adds nothing to the price over the standard set, so you are simply buying the family's complete four-color box — install it all today or hold it against the next empty color. One-year warranty and one-year free returns apply, with shipping from IL, PA, GA or CA.
