Frequently Asked Questions
Premium or standard for my C9800N — how do I decide when the price is identical?
On this evidence, it genuinely does not matter: both listings are $292.17, both carry the same up-to-15,000-page rating per cartridge, and both cover the same part numbers — 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904. "Premium Quality" here is a label on the listing, not a different product in the box, and we say so rather than inventing a distinction.
What arrives if I order this listing?
Four cartridges — black, cyan, magenta and yellow — each rated at 15,000 pages. That is about $73.04 per cartridge at the $292.17 set price, and the cartridges are sealed individually so you can install them in any order.
Which machines is this set listed for?
The C9800N is the headline model, and the cartridge group also serves the Oki C9600hdn, C9600hn, C9600n and C9800hdn. Check the 42918901-series numbers against your current cartridges for certainty.
How long should a set last an office?
At 15,000 rated pages per cartridge (standard 5% coverage), an office printing 2,000 pages a month works through a position in roughly seven to eight months — with the caveat that color-heavy work drains the three color cartridges sooner than black.
What protection do I get with these compatible cartridges?
A one-year warranty and one-year free returns, detailed in our shipping and returns policy. The backing is the same on this Premium listing as on the standard one.
Where does the order ship from?
The nearest of our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses. Questions are answered Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

Choose it freely, install cartridges as positions empty, and lean on the one-year warranty and free returns if anything disappoints. The rest of the range is on our Okidata page.
