Frequently Asked Questions
Does "Premium Quality" on this C9800GA listing change the price or the yield?
Neither. This Premium Quality set is $292.17 — exactly the same price as the standard C9800GA listing — and every cartridge carries the same up-to-15,000-page rating. We will not invent a difference the listing does not support: you are looking at the same four cartridges, the same numbers 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904, at the same price.
So why do two listings exist for the same set?
They are duplicate catalog listings for the same compatible set, which is common in large toner catalogs. Whichever one you order from, the box that arrives holds one black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow cartridge for your C9800GA, each rated at 15,000 pages.
What does one cartridge in this set effectively cost?
$292.17 split four ways is about $73.04 per cartridge. Spread over a 15,000-page rating at 5% coverage, that is roughly half a cent per page per cartridge — the figure worth comparing against single-cartridge prices when you plan a full refresh.
Which machines is this Premium set listed for?
The C9800GA is the headline machine, and the same cartridge group is listed for the Oki C9600hdn, C9600hn, C9600n and C9800hdn. Matching the part numbers 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904 to the cartridges already in your printer is the most reliable check.
Are these genuine Oki cartridges?
No, they are compatible cartridges manufactured to the 42918901-series specifications. They carry our one-year warranty, and returns are free for a year — the safety net is ours rather than Oki's, which is part of how the price stays where it is.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders ship from whichever of our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses puts it closest to you. If you need to talk through an order first, support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the full details sit in our shipping and returns policy.
