Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly do I get in this C9800GA four-color set?
Four cartridges: one black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow, covering the full set sold under the Oki part numbers 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904. Every cartridge in the box is rated at up to 15,000 pages, so a single order refreshes all four color positions in your C9800GA at once instead of piecing together separate singles.
What does the set work out to per cartridge?
The set is $292.17, which divides to roughly $73.04 per cartridge. At the rated 15,000 pages, that is about half a cent per page from any single cartridge at standard 5% coverage — the running-cost math that makes a complete set easier to budget than four separate purchases at four separate times.
Which printers does this set work in?
It is made for the Oki C9600 and C9800 family machines listed for this cartridge group, including the C9600hdn, C9600hn, C9600n and C9800hdn, and it is the set catalogued for the C9800GA. If your machine is a close relative with a slightly different suffix, check the part numbers 42918901 through 42918904 against your current cartridges before ordering.
Is this an original Oki product?
No — these are compatible cartridges built to the same 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904 specifications, not Oki-branded originals. That is where the price difference comes from, and every set is covered by our one-year warranty, so a cartridge that fails early is a replacement conversation, not a loss.
Do all four cartridges have to be installed at the same time?
They do not. Each cartridge is individually sealed, so you can fit only the color your C9800GA is asking for and keep the rest boxed. Unopened cartridges store fine on a shelf, which makes a full set a sensible spare even if only one position is low today.
What if something goes wrong after I install them?
You are covered two ways: a one-year warranty on the cartridges and one-year free returns under our shipping and returns policy. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA.
