Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Premium Quality" actually get me on this C711DTN set?

On price and ratings, nothing extra: this Premium Quality listing is $137.17 with black rated to 11,000 pages and colors to 11,500 each — the same figures as the standard C711DTN set. We would rather tell you that plainly than dress the label up as a performance tier.

What is inside the box?

Four cartridges — black, cyan, magenta and yellow — forming the set numbered 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604. It is a complete replacement for all four toner positions, sized for the C711DTN's heavier workload.

Which models does this set serve?

The listing covers the C711DTN first, and also the C711dn and C711n. If your office runs more than one of those, the same box serves each of them.

How should I think about the running cost?

Start from the box: $137.17 across four cartridges averages roughly $34.29 per cartridge, against ratings of 11,000 pages for black and 11,500 per color. Your real cost per page will track how much color coverage your documents carry.

Are these original Oki cartridges?

No, they are compatible cartridges. They come with a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns; the policy wording is on our shipping & returns page, and the full compatible catalog is on the Okidata page.

Where does the set ship from?

From one of our four warehouses — IL, PA, GA or CA. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you need us after delivery.
