Frequently Asked Questions

Why buy a full four-color set for the C711DTN instead of single cartridges?

The C711DTN is the high-duty variant with the extra paper capacity, and machines like it tend to chew through colors in rotation. One $137.17 box refreshes black, cyan, magenta and yellow together, so the printer is not stopped four separate times as each position fades on its own schedule.

What are the ratings on the cartridges in this set?

Black is rated up to 11,000 pages; each color cartridge is rated up to 11,500 pages. Those figures assume standard test coverage — heavy color documents will land below them, light text work can land closer.

Which part numbers am I actually buying?

The set is the four-cartridge family numbered 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604, sold as one unit. If you reorder by part number, those four numbers together are what to match.

Does this set fit the other C711 models too?

Yes. The listing covers the C711dn and C711n alongside the C711DTN, so a mixed fleet of those three models can share the same set on the shelf.

What does the average cartridge in the box cost?

At $137.17 for four cartridges, the simple average is about $34.29 per cartridge. The set is priced as a box, not as four separate line items. It is backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — details on the shipping & returns page.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong mid-set?

Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders ship from IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses, and the broader range is listed on our Okidata page.

About This C711DTN Four-Color Set

For the C711DTN — the C711 variant built for bigger paper capacity and heavier duty — this set replaces all four toner positions in one stop: 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604, with black rated to 11,000 pages and each color to 11,500. At $137.17 it is the fleet-friendly way to keep a hard-working machine fed without tracking four separate cartridge orders.
