Frequently Asked Questions

Premium Quality C711DN set — is it priced above the standard C711DN set?

It is not. Both listings sit at $137.17 for the same four cartridges. If you are comparing the two tabs side by side, the price difference you are looking for does not exist — pick either listing and the box content is the same.

Do the ratings change on the Premium listing?

No. Black is rated up to 11,000 pages and each of the cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges up to 11,500 pages, identical to the standard set. Budget your cost per page from those figures for both listings.

Which part numbers does this set cover?

The four cartridges together span 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604. They are presented as one set rather than assigned color-by-color in the listing, and the set refreshes all four toner positions on the printer at once.

Besides the C711DN, where else does this set fit?

The listing also covers the C711dtn and the C711n. Offices running a mix of those models can standardize on this single four-cartridge set across all of them.

What if one cartridge in the set has a problem?

The set is covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. Start with our shipping & returns page for the process, and support is reachable Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

How is the order delivered?

Sets ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA. You can see the rest of the compatible lineup on the Okidata page if you are stocking for more than one machine.

About This C711DN Premium Quality Set

This Premium Quality listing is the C711DN's four-cartridge set — 44318601 through 44318604, black to 11,000 pages and colors to 11,500 each — at $137.17, the same price and the same ratings as the standard listing. The Premium wording is part of the product name, not a tier with its own price or yield, and this block will not pretend otherwise.
