Frequently Asked Questions
Standard or Premium Quality — which C9600N listing should I choose?
Honestly, either. Both listings are $292.17, both hold the same four-cartridge family — 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904 — and both carry the same rating of up to 15,000 pages per cartridge. The Premium Quality wording in this title does not add pages or cost, so choose whichever listing you landed on.
Are the page ratings really the same on both listings?
They are. Black, cyan, magenta and yellow are each rated at up to 15,000 pages under the standard light-coverage measurement, whichever of the two C9600N set listings you buy. Dense color work will still finish cartridges sooner in real life, on both versions equally.
What is inside this box?
Four sealed compatible cartridges — one of each color the printer uses. Fit the whole set for a clean reset, or keep the box as your stock and swap cartridges individually as the machine asks.
Which printers take this set?
The Oki C9600hdn, C9600hn and C9600n, and the C9800hdn. Matching your old cartridge's number to 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 or 42918904 is the definitive check.
Does fitting a whole set at once help color consistency?
It can. Four cartridges that start life together age together, so colors stay in balance with each other longer than a mix of one new and three aging cartridges. For everyday documents it hardly matters; for customer-facing color work it is a sensible habit.
What backing do these cartridges have?
A one-year warranty plus one-year free returns, detailed on our shipping & returns page. We ship from the closest of our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California warehouses, and our team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
