Frequently Asked Questions
If one color runs out on my C9800HDN, do I have to replace all four?
No. The four cartridges in this set — the 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904 group — are individually packaged, so you replace only the empty position and shelve the rest. Colors rarely drain evenly; black usually goes first in document-heavy offices, while one color can lead in graphics work.
Does the Premium Quality label add anything to this set?
The facts say no, and we will not pretend otherwise: this Premium listing is $292.17, the same as the standard C9800HDN set, with the same up-to-15,000-page rating on each cartridge. Same cartridges, same numbers, same backing — the word "Premium" costs you nothing extra and promises nothing extra.
How much printing does each cartridge hold?
Every cartridge in the set is rated at up to 15,000 pages at 5% coverage, so the black and the three colors carry equal ratings — what differs in practice is how much of each your documents use.
Which printers is the set listed for?
The C9800HDN heads the listing, and the same cartridge group serves the Oki C9600hdn, C9600hn, C9600n and C9800hdn. Checking the 42918901-series part numbers against your installed cartridges settles any doubt.
Is this a genuine Oki set?

Where will my set ship from?
From the nearest of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA. If you want a hand matching the set to your machine first, support is on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
