Frequently Asked Questions

Our C711DN prints two-sided all day — does that change how long this set lasts?

Duplexing changes paper use, not toner ratings: the black cartridge is still rated up to 11,000 pages and each color up to 11,500. What actually drains the set faster is page coverage — dense two-sided reports with color charts will cycle the color cartridges sooner than plain text memos, whatever the paper path.

What is in the box for the C711DN?

Four cartridges — black, cyan, magenta and yellow — sold together as the set built on the 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 numbers. It refreshes every toner position on the C711DN in one change instead of piecemeal swaps.

How much printing does one set represent for a workgroup?

Think in per-cartridge terms: up to 11,000 black pages and up to 11,500 pages from each color cartridge under standard coverage. A workgroup printing a few hundred mixed pages a week will measure this set's life in months; a department pushing thousands of color pages will cycle colors noticeably sooner.

Does this set also fit other C711 models?

Yes — beyond the C711DN, the listing covers the C711dtn and C711n as well. All three take the same 44318601–44318604 four-cartridge set.

What does the set cost, per cartridge on average?

The set is $137.17, which averages about $34.29 per cartridge across the four. That is an average for the box as a whole; individual colors are not priced separately in this listing. Every set carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — see the shipping & returns page.

Where will my C711DN set ship from?

From whichever of our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses serves you best. Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and more of the range sits on our Okidata page.

About This C711DN Four-Color Set

Built for the networked, duplexing C711DN workhorse, this set replaces all four toner positions at once: black rated to 11,000 pages, each color to 11,500, under the shared 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 numbering. At $137.17 it is a planned-maintenance purchase — the box you order before the workgroup printer starts fading, not after.
