Frequently Asked Questions

Does the "Premium Quality" in this listing's name change the price?

No. This Premium Quality C711 set is $137.17 — exactly the same price as the standard listing for the same four-cartridge set. The label does not add a surcharge here, and we are not going to invent a difference that the listing itself does not support.

So what is actually inside the Premium box?

The same four-cartridge combination: black plus cyan, magenta and yellow, spanning the 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 numbers as one set. Black is rated up to 11,000 pages and each color up to 11,500 pages, just as on the standard listing.

Should I expect more pages from the Premium version?

The published ratings are identical — 11,000 pages for black and 11,500 for each color — so plan your running costs on those numbers either way. If a listing promised extra yield for the Premium label, we would say so; this one does not.

Which C711 models take this set?

It is listed for the C711dn, C711dtn and C711n. The set is a full four-position refresh, so it suits a machine where several colors are running low together rather than a single-color top-up.

What protection comes with these compatible cartridges?

Every cartridge in the set is covered by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns. The details live on our shipping & returns page, and the wider compatible range is on the Okidata page.

How quickly can I get help if a cartridge misbehaves?

Support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA, so delivery routing is handled from the location closest to you.

About This C711 Premium Quality Set

The honest summary of this listing: it is the four-cartridge C711 set — 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 together, black rated to 11,000 pages and colors to 11,500 each — carrying a Premium Quality label at the same $137.17 as the standard set. Choose it if the label is the listing you landed on; just do not expect a different price, a different yield, or a different box content than the numbers above describe.
