Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly arrives in the box with this C711 set?

Four cartridges — one black and one each of cyan, magenta and yellow — covering the full 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 part-number family as a single matched set. It is a complete four-position refresh for the printer, not a partial top-up, so every color position starts fresh at the same time.

How are the page ratings split across the four cartridges?

The black cartridge is rated at up to 11,000 pages, and each of the three color cartridges is rated at up to 11,500 pages. Those are per-cartridge ratings under standard test coverage, so real life depends on how color-heavy your documents are — a color cartridge can run down faster than black on graphics-rich work even though its rating is slightly higher.

What does the $137.17 price work out to per cartridge?

Divided across the four cartridges, the set averages about $34.29 per cartridge. That is simply the set price split four ways — we are not assigning a separate price to any individual color, since the four are sold together as one box.

Which printers does this set go in?

The set is listed for the Oki C711dn, C711dtn and C711n. If your machine carries one of those model names, this is the four-cartridge set built around the 44318601–44318604 family for it.

Is this an original Oki product?

No — these are compatible cartridges, not Oki originals. They are backed by our 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, and the full policy is on our shipping & returns page.

Where does my order ship from, and when can I reach support?

Orders ship from one of our four warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA, whichever serves your address best. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and you can browse the rest of the range on our Okidata page.

About This C711 Four-Color Set

This set gives an Oki C711, C711dn, C711dtn or C711n a complete four-cartridge renewal in one purchase: black rated to 11,000 pages and each color to 11,500, all under the 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 numbers. At $137.17 for the box — roughly $34.29 per cartridge on average — it suits offices that would rather change all four positions together than chase individual colors as they fade at different rates.
