Frequently Asked Questions
How should a shared office plan toner around this C532DN set?
Keep one set in the printer and treat the low-toner warning as your reorder trigger, not the empty message. On a networked C532DN several people print at once, so a color can slide from low to empty inside a busy week. This set — the four cartridges numbered 46490604, 46490603, 46490602 and 46490601 — replaces every position in one order at $122.07.
What exactly does one order deliver?
Four cartridges: black, cyan, magenta and yellow, roughly $30.52 each inside the set price. Replace only the empty one when the time comes and keep the rest sealed as the office's standing spare stock.
How far does a set go in a workgroup?
The black cartridge is rated at 7,000 pages and each color at 6,000 pages. A workgroup printing mostly documents will feel the black rating most; presentation-heavy teams will cycle the colors sooner. The ratings are per class — there is no single combined page figure for a mixed set like this.
Does the same set fit our other machines?
It also serves the C532, MC573 and MC573DN, which share this cartridge family with the C532DN. One shelf spare can therefore cover several devices in the same office.
Is this an original Oki product?
No, it is a compatible set made to the same ratings and fit. The trade-off runs in your favor on price, and the set is covered by our 1-year warranty with free returns for a year — see the shipping & returns page for the details.
How fast can we get help or a replacement moving?
Our support team works Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders leave from the nearest of our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California warehouses. The full compatible range for this printer family is gathered on the Okidata brand page.
