Frequently Asked Questions
Who is a ten-cartridge pack actually for?
Two kinds of buyer: the office running several B6500-family printers and feeding them all from one stock, and the single very high-volume site that burns through a 22,000-page cartridge in weeks. If either sounds like you, ten cartridges — about 220,000 pages — is not excess; it is simply the right order size.
What does the per-cartridge price fall to in this pack?
About $99.92 — the lowest rung on this cartridge's ladder. Singles are $116.56; the 2-, 3- and 5-packs step down through roughly $107.31, $104.23 and $101.77. At ten, the discount per cartridge is over $16, and the pack's running cost works out near 0.45 cents per page.
How large is the saving, really?
Ten singles would cost $1,165.60; this pack is $999.19, so you save $166.41. That saving alone is more than the entire price of one single cartridge — in effect, the ladder hands you a cartridge and a half for free across the life of the pack.
Does one cartridge type really simplify a small fleet?
Genuinely, yes. The 52116002 fits the B6500, B6500dn and B6500dtn alike, so a mixed fleet needs exactly one toner SKU on the shelf. Whoever services a printer — IT, facilities, the person nearest — grabs the same box every time, and there is no wrong-cartridge mistake to make.
How should a pack this size be stored and issued?
Sealed, flat, cool and dry, away from sunlight — toner keeps well unopened, so a pack consumed over a year or more loses nothing. Issue cartridges one at a time as printers ask for them, and reorder when the shelf count hits two: with up to 44,000 pages still in hand at that point, the next pack never has to be rushed.
What backing comes with a purchase of this size?
Every cartridge carries a one-year warranty and one-year free returns — see our shipping & returns page — and orders ship from our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses, with support available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. These are Clever Supplies compatible cartridges, and a fleet-sized order gets fleet-sized attention if anything goes wrong.
