Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the B4100 5-pack actually sized for?

For a B4100 — or any of its B-series siblings — that prints every working day. Five cartridges at up to 2,500 pages each is roughly 12,500 pages of capacity, enough that toner stops being a monthly thought. A genuinely occasional printer is better served by the single or the 2-pack; this box rewards steady volume.

What is the per-cartridge price in this pack?

The box is $53.45, which is about $10.69 per cartridge — down from $25.48 for a single. Set against five singles at $127.40, the saving is roughly $73.95, and the running cost lands near 0.43 cents per page.

Which printers share this cartridge?

The 42103001 black cartridge covers the OKI B4100, B4200, B4250, B4300, B4300n and B4350. An office running two different models from that list can feed both from this one box; the cartridge number is the check that matters.

How should I handle five cartridges at once?

Fit one, store four. Keep the spares sealed, flat and in a cool, dry place out of sunlight, and open the next only when the installed cartridge is spent. Reorder when you fit the last one and you will never be caught short.

Are these genuine Okidata cartridges?

No, they are Clever Supplies compatibles manufactured to the 42103001 specification. Not being OEM stock is what allows the $53.45 price while each cartridge holds its 2,500-page rating class.

What warranty backs the pack?

A one-year warranty and one-year free returns cover all five cartridges — see our shipping & returns page. Orders ship from Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California, and support is on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
