Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly arrives in this B4100 2-pack?

Two compatible 42103001 black cartridges, each rated at up to 2,500 pages — around 5,000 pages of printing in the box. Fit one now and keep the second sealed as your spare, so the next changeover takes a minute instead of a delivery wait.

How does the 2-pack price compare with two singles?

A single cartridge is $25.48, so two bought separately cost $50.96. The 2-pack is $32.48 — a saving of about $18.48 — which brings each cartridge down to roughly $16.24 and the running cost to about 0.65 cents per page.

Which printers do these cartridges fit?

The 42103001 serves the OKI B4100, B4200, B4250, B4300, B4300n and B4350. This listing leads with the B4100, but either cartridge works across that whole list; match the number on your old cartridge to be sure.

Why choose two rather than jumping to the 5-pack or 10-pack?

Two is the middle path: a working cartridge plus a spare, at a per-cartridge price already well below the single. The bigger packs — five at $53.45, ten at $88.40 — push the unit cost lower still, but they only make sense if your print volume will use them.

Are these genuine Okidata cartridges?

No, they are Clever Supplies compatible cartridges built to the 42103001 specification. The compatible build is what makes a $32.48 two-pack possible while each cartridge keeps its 2,500-page rating.

What warranty and returns apply?

Both cartridges carry a one-year warranty and one-year free returns under our shipping & returns policy. We ship from Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California, and support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
