Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly am I buying here?

A single black cartridge from the 147X family, carrying the W1470X part number, sealed and ready to install. The price is $104.17 for the one unit — the listing to choose when the printer's gauge, not a stocking plan, drives the purchase.

Why does a 25,200-page cartridge suit an executive floor?

Board packs, briefing books and last-minute decks are heavy, time-sensitive print work. A cartridge rated at 25,200 pages means the M611x serving the executive floor goes long stretches without asking anyone for toner — and when it finally does, the swap itself takes minutes.

How do I double-check the part number at the machine?

Slide the existing cartridge partly out and read the label on its casing. W1470X printed there confirms this cartridge as the match. Assistants who order for several floors can photograph that label once and reorder against it forever. That label is worth photographing once and reusing on every floor, because the one W1470X code covers the M610dn, M610n, M611dn, M611n and M611x, the M612dn and M612x, and the M634h, M635z and M636z multifunctions alike — no second cartridge code anywhere in the building.

What does the low-toner alert actually mean?

It is an estimate-based early warning, triggered while a useful amount of printing remains. Treat it as the signal to place this order, and the replacement will be in the building before output quality is affected.

Any handling tips before the new cartridge goes in?

Keep it in its sealed bag until the moment of fitting, store it flat and out of direct light, and give it a gentle rock before installation so the toner sits evenly. Beyond that, no preparation or priming is needed.

If something is wrong with the cartridge, what then?

It is covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, full stop. Our team is reachable Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and a unit that fails early is replaced or refunded under that cover.

About This 147X Single for High-Volume Single Machines

The HP LaserJet Enterprise M611x is the kind of printer an executive floor leans on without thinking about — until it stops. This W1470X cartridge, at $104.17 with a 25,200-page rating, is sized so that day stays far away, and the 147X code on the box makes reordering a ten-second job. And if a floor's volume ever drops off, the standard-capacity 147A (W1470A) single covers the lighter duty for less per box.

Deliveries are sent from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, whichever shortens the trip, and the shipping & returns page has the timing. Related supplies for the whole Enterprise line sit under HP.
