Magenta is the color you notice most when it fades — reds wash out, skin tones go grey-green, and photo prints lose their warmth first. This compatible T126320-S cartridge is the 126 tier's magenta: DURABrite Ultra pigment ink rated up to 440 pages (ISO/IEC 24711, Epson's published figure for 126 colors), in an individual cartridge you replace on its own schedule.

Because the whole 126/127 platform is pigment-based, this magenta behaves like a document ink as much as a photo ink: it holds saturation on plain paper, resists smudging under highlighters, and keeps charts and presentation graphics clean in the WorkForce machines that dominate this family — the 545, 630 series, 840/845 and WF-3520/WF-3540/WF-7010/WF-7510/WF-7520 — while still serving the Stylus NX330/NX430 home printers in the list.

It carries a new compatible chip (hands off the green contact, per Epson's own handling guidance) and fits the same 18 printers as every 126 cartridge. Dual-tier owners can step up to the 127 magenta (T127320, up to 755 pages) in this slot whenever volume justifies it; the four 126-only models take this cartridge as their top tier. Covered by our lifetime warranty, with free returns for the first year.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How many pages does the 126 magenta print?

Up to 440 pages per cartridge under ISO/IEC 24711 — Epson's rating for all three 126 colors, published with the WorkForce 435. The WF-3520-series specification measures the same colors at about 470 pages. Heavy photo coverage will use magenta faster than the ISO document pattern does; that is true of every cartridge in this family.

Reds look dull and photos look cold. Is magenta low?

That's the classic magenta-starved signature: reds need full magenta, and skin tones collapse without it. Check the magenta level, replace if low, then print a nozzle check — if a single color band is broken, one head-cleaning cycle usually restores it.

Which models use the T126320 magenta?

    All 18 printers on the 126 list — Stylus NX330/NX430; WorkForce 60, 435, 520, 545, 630, 633, 635, 645, 840, 845; and the WF-3520, WF-3530, WF-3540, WF-7010, WF-7510, WF-7520. Not the NX530/NX625: they run 125 + 127.

Will this cartridge be recognized by my printer?

This cartridge carries a new compatible chip. If your printer's firmware has been updated, recognition issues can occasionally occur — remove the cartridge, check the green chip contact is clean and untouched by fingers, reseat it firmly, and restart the printer. Epson's own guides for this platform also note that ink-level readings can occasionally display incorrectly with non-original cartridges; the cartridge still prints its full rated yield.

Pigment or dye — and why does it matter for magenta?

Pigment (DURABrite Ultra). Pigment magenta sits on the paper surface, so it resists water and smearing and keeps fine color detail on plain paper — valuable for the document-plus-graphics workload these WorkForce printers are bought for.

Can I run 127 magenta with 126 black?

Yes, on dual-tier models — each of the four slots accepts either tier independently. Many owners upgrade only black to 127 and keep colors at 126; the reverse works just as well. On 126-only models (NX330, NX430, WF-435, WF-520) all slots are 126.

What's the difference between this and the 127 magenta?

Yield class: 440 pages (126 High Capacity) against up to 755 pages (127 Extra High Capacity, T127320). Same DURABrite Ultra pigment ink family, same slot — the 127 is the longer fill where the printer accepts it.

Do colors need changing as a set?

No — four individual cartridges, four independent schedules. Magenta often runs ahead of cyan and yellow in photo-heavy homes and behind them in chart-heavy offices; replace what is low.

The printer shows a low-ink reminder oddly after installing. Is that a fault?

Not necessarily. Epson's own 126/127 family pages carry a “Low Ink Reminder” note: the status monitor on this platform can display level information imperfectly, including with non-original cartridges. Judge by print quality and the printer's own stop point, and see the chip FAQ on this page for reseating steps if recognition itself fails.

How should an unopened spare be stored?

Boxed, upright, room temperature, away from sunlight. Open a cartridge when you're ready to install it; Epson's platform guidance is to use an opened cartridge within roughly six months. (Published shelf-life figure: pending supplier confirmation — see Specifications.)

    Is this an Epson product?

No — a Clever Supplies compatible built to the T126320-S specification, labeled compatible on the box and this page. Not manufactured by Epson.

    What cover do I get?

Lifetime warranty (a cartridge that fails to perform is replaced) and free returns within the first year. (Returns period note: 1-year returns is our standing compatible-product policy, applied here as an assumption pending Emrah's inkjet-specific confirmation.)
