Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is inside this 4 color set?
One cartridge of each color your printer uses: the black 330-3012, the cyan 330-3015, the magenta 330-3014 and the yellow 330-3013. It is a complete four-slot refill in a single box, so every position in a Dell Color Laser 1230 or 1235 series machine gets a fresh cartridge at the same time.
How does the set price compare with buying the four cartridges one by one?
Bought separately on this site, the four singles add up to $158.69 — $42.60 for the black, $37.13 for the cyan, $39.58 for the magenta and $39.38 for the yellow. This set is $103.22, which is $55.47 less, and works out to about $25.81 per cartridge instead of paying four separate single prices.
How long will the cartridges in this set last?
The black 330-3012 is rated at 1,500 pages, and each color — the 330-3015 cyan, 330-3014 magenta and 330-3013 yellow — is rated at 1,000 pages. Those are small numbers, and we will not dress them up: the 1230 and 1235 are compact printers built around compact cartridges. This set suits light, occasional color printing far better than a heavy daily workload.
Can I install just one cartridge from the set and keep the rest for later?
Yes. Each of the four cartridges is individually sealed, so you can fit only the color that has run out and store the others. Keep unopened cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and they will be ready when their turn comes.
Are these genuine Dell cartridges?
No — this is a compatible set made to the same fit and page-yield specifications as the Dell originals, and it is priced well below them. Every cartridge is covered by our 1-year warranty and by 1-year free returns, so trying the compatible route carries no long-term risk.
How fast will my order arrive, and who do I call with a question?
Orders leave from whichever of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — is best placed for your address, which keeps transit times short in most of the country. If anything about the set puzzles you, our support team answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and you can browse the full range on our Dell toner page.
About This Dell 1235 4 Color Set
This set bundles the four compatible cartridges for the Dell Color Laser 1230 and 1235 families — 330-3012 black, 330-3015 cyan, 330-3014 magenta and 330-3013 yellow — into one $103.22 box, $55.47 below the cost of the same four cartridges bought one at a time. The honest trade-off is capacity: the black is rated at 1,500 pages and each color at 1,000 pages, so this is a refresh kit for a lightly used compact color laser, not a high-volume supply. If that matches how your 1230 or 1235 actually gets used, the set is the cheapest way here to put all four colors back to full at once.
