Frequently Asked Questions

What does 105,000 pages of stock look like in practical terms?

Five GPR15BK cartridges at 21,000 pages each give you 105,000 pages of black output on the shelf. For a department printing 10,000 pages a month, that is the better part of a year without a single toner order; at 20,000 pages a month — a genuinely heavy floor — it is still more than five months. The 5 pack turns toner from a recurring errand into an occasional, deliberate purchase.

What is the cheapest way to buy this cartridge, short of the biggest pack?

This is it. At $278.96 for five, the per-cartridge price falls to $55.79, and five singles bought separately would cost $352.95 — the pack saves $73.99. Per page, you are at roughly 0.27 cents, the lowest figure in the GPR-15 family apart from the 10 pack. The structure never changes: the first cartridge carries the single price, and every cartridge after it rides at the reduced step.

We run more than one machine that takes the GPR-15. Does one pack cover them?

If your machines genuinely take the Canon GPR-15 — check the cartridge name on each, because neighbouring imageRUNNER models often take different families — then yes, a 5 pack is a sensible shared pool. Cartridges get drawn down by whichever machine empties first, the per-cartridge price is the pack price regardless of which machine uses it, and a single stock point is easier to keep an eye on than toner scattered across desks.

Where do we put five cartridges?

They need one shelf or one cupboard shelf-section, kept sealed, flat, cool and dry, out of direct sunlight and away from radiators or hot plant rooms. That is the whole storage doctrine. Offices that stock at this depth usually mark the reorder trigger on the box itself — when the fourth cartridge goes in, order the next pack — so the stock level manages itself without a spreadsheet.

Is there an admin saving as well as a price saving?

A real one, though we won't pretend to price your time. Five separate single orders mean five approvals, five deliveries to receive and five invoices to process; the 5 pack collapses that into one of each while also costing $73.99 less in product. For an office manager or facilities buyer, that combination — fewer transactions at a lower unit price — is usually the actual reason this pack size exists.

What protection comes with a purchase this size?

The same as with a single: every compatible GPR15BK cartridge in the pack carries a one-year warranty and one-year free returns, applied per cartridge. If the last one out of the box misbehaves, it is covered like the first. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the pack ships from the closest of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA.
