Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually goes through three of these cartridges — and how fast?

Three GPR15BK cartridges hold 63,000 rated pages. For a department printing around 10,000 pages a month, that is roughly half a year of black output in a single delivery; at 5,000 pages a month it stretches past a year. The 3 pack is bought by offices whose GPR-15 machine is genuinely busy — the kind of shared imageRUNNER that a whole floor leans on — and whose idea of a toner problem is having the conversation too often.

Where does the per-cartridge price land in this pack?

At $174.77 for three, each cartridge works out to $58.26 — down from $70.59 bought singly. Bought one at a time, three cartridges would cost $211.77, so the pack saves $37.00. The pattern in this family is consistent: the first cartridge is priced at the single rate and each additional one steps down, so the deeper pack quietly reprices every cartridge in it.

Can we treat this as a half-year supply buy?

That is exactly how most offices use it. One order, one invoice, and the supply question is closed for two budget quarters in a typical busy department. It pairs well with a simple rule — when the last cartridge from the pack goes into the machine, that is the day the next pack gets ordered. Run that way, the machine never sits empty and nobody tracks percentages or warning lights.

What does black printing cost per page at this size?

Roughly 0.28 cents per page: $174.77 across 63,000 rated pages. Against the single cartridge's 0.34 cents, the 3 pack trims about a fifth off the per-page figure — a modest-sounding number that adds up across tens of thousands of pages of invoices, reports and correspondence.

What if our print volume drops and the third cartridge sits for a long while?

Then it sits. Kept sealed, flat and away from heat in a dry cupboard, a compatible GPR-15 cartridge waiting in reserve is not deteriorating on any schedule that matters to a normal office. There is no subscription and no clock running; if your volume halves, the pack simply lasts twice as long. The honest caution runs the other way — only buy three if your machine's recent history says you will use them.

How are we covered if one of the three turns out to be a dud?

Each cartridge carries a one-year warranty with one-year free returns, and that protection applies to the third cartridge exactly as it does to the first. Our support line runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders are dispatched from whichever of our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses gets the pack to you fastest.
