Frequently Asked Questions

Who is a 3-pack actually sized for?

For an office that prints steadily but not heavily — think a few hundred pages a week through one imageCLASS machine, or a couple of lighter machines side by side. Three cartridges at 2,400 pages each give you 7,200 pages on hand: enough to stop thinking about toner for a long stretch, without the bigger cash outlay of the 5- and 10-packs. If your printer eats a cartridge every month or two, this is the pack that matches your rhythm.

What does the 3-pack save against buying singles?

Three single cartridges at $27.70 would total $83.10. This pack is $46.15, so you keep $37.95, and the per-cartridge price falls to $15.38 — about 0.64 cents per page. That is the family pattern in action: the 137 is an expensive cartridge one at a time, and every step up in pack size pulls the real cost down.

Can I split the pack between more than one printer?

Yes — the cartridges are identical and individually sealed, so nothing ties them to a single machine. Plenty of buyers run two or three imageCLASS printers on the 137 and feed all of them from one pack, or keep one cartridge at a second location. Just store each unopened cartridge sealed, flat and out of direct light until its turn comes.

Does this fit my machine?

These are compatible Canon 137 cartridges made for Canon imageCLASS printers that use the Canon 137 cartridge — the imageCLASS MF, LBP and D series printers built around the 137. If the cartridge coming out of your printer is a 137, these go straight in.

How do I keep track of which cartridge to open next?

Simple stockroom habit: write the arrival date on each box and always open the oldest one first. Rotating stock that way means no cartridge sits sealed for years, and if a cartridge ever does underperform, you are well inside the 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns window — both run a full year, and full terms are on our shipping & returns page.

Where will my order ship from, and when can I get help?

We dispatch from the closest of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — and if anything about the pack needs a human, our support team is on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
