Frequently Asked Questions

Who honestly goes through ten Canon 137 cartridges?

Workplaces running several imageCLASS machines at once, or one machine with a genuinely heavy monthly load — a front desk, a shipping bench, a small service office where the printer works all day. Ten cartridges at 2,400 pages each is 24,000 pages of printing. Nobody should buy this pack for a single quiet printer; it exists for fleets and high-volume desks where running out of toner means work stops.

What is the real saving at this size?

Ten cartridges bought as singles would cost $277.00. This pack is $110.68, so the saving is $166.32 — more than the pack itself costs. Per cartridge you pay $11.07, and per page about 0.46 cents, the lowest figure anywhere in the 137 family. If your printers genuinely consume 137s at this rate, buying them any other way is simply leaving money on the table.

Can one pack feed printers in different places?

Yes. Each cartridge is individually sealed and identical, so the pack splits however your operation is laid out — a few cartridges at headquarters, a few at a branch, one in each machine room. Many fleet buyers treat a 10-pack as their central stock and issue cartridges from it as printers call for them.

Do these fit all our machines?

They fit any machine built for the Canon 137: the cartridges are made for Canon imageCLASS printers that use the Canon 137 cartridge — imageCLASS MF, LBP and D series printers running the 137. If every printer in your fleet takes a 137, one pack covers the whole fleet.

How should a stock of ten be managed so nothing goes stale?

Keep the cartridges sealed, flat, cool and dry, and run a strict first-in, first-out rotation: mark the delivery date on the outer box and always issue the oldest stock first. Handled that way the pack turns over long before age is a concern, and every cartridge is in any case backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — the details are on our shipping & returns page.

Does buying in bulk change my warranty or return rights?

Not at all. A bulk pack carries exactly the same cover as a single cartridge — 1-year warranty, 1-year free returns, each cartridge covered individually — and the same service behind it: shipping from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouses and support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
