Frequently Asked Questions

What is the logic of one drum with two toners?

Page counts. A DR630 drum is rated for 12,000 pages and a TN660 toner for 2,600, so a drum comfortably outlasts two toners. This set matches that rhythm — one drum, two high-yield toners, $39.72 against $84.60 if you bought the three pieces separately, saving $44.88.

How many pages does the whole set cover?

The two toners deliver up to 5,200 pages between them. The drum, at 12,000 pages, will still have life left when the second toner empties, so your next order after this set is toners only.

Which printers does it fit?

This set is built around the DR630 drum, which serves the DCP-L2520DW, DCP-L2540DW, HL-L2300D, HL-L2305W, HL-L2315DW, HL-L2320D, HL-L2340DW, HL-L2360DW, HL-L2380DW, MFC-L2680W, MFC-L2685DW, MFC-L2700DW, MFC-L2705DW, MFC-L2707DW and MFC-L2720DW family of Brother printers and all-in-ones — every machine in that family takes this drum and toner pairing.

Should both toners go in at once?

No — one toner lives in the drum at a time. Fit the drum with the first TN660, keep the second cartridge sealed as your spare, and swap it in when the printer reports low toner. A sealed spare on the shelf means a low-toner warning never stops a print job.

Does the drum counter reset cover the whole set?

The reset is only for the drum, done once when the new drum is fitted. Toner changes need no reset at any point — the printer reads the cartridge level itself.

What protection applies across the set?

Every piece is covered by the 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns in our shipping and returns policy.
