I just replaced an original Brother cartridge with one of these. Printed papers I had printed with the original to compare. These replacement cartridges print MUCH lighter than the Brother cartridges which could be a problem when dealing with small numbers (which is what I do). They're just OK in my opinion. Much cheaper and for the casual print they aren't bad but again if you're looking at small print all day it could be a problem.
