WorkCentre 7425FB
The WorkCentre 7425FB is another way Xerox packaged the WorkCentre 7425 — a color laser multifunction with the same toner system as the base machine. Xerox specifies the 006R01395 black cartridge for this model, yielding approximately 26,000 pages per cartridge. Color printing draws on three more numbers — 006R01396 yellow, 006R01397 magenta and 006R01398 cyan — and imaging runs through the separate 013R00647 drum unit. This page stocks the family in multipacks rather than singles.
Configuration letters after the 7425 name describe how Xerox built and shipped the machine, not a different printer. Owners of the FB configuration therefore shop from exactly the same cartridge pool as every other 7425 in the building, and this page presents that pool the way maintenance teams actually buy it: in twos and in full sets.

Which cartridge should you buy?
Fewer, larger orders are the logic of this page. The black 2 pack puts roughly 52,000 pages of black capacity on the shelf in one purchase — two cartridges at the family's approximately 26,000-page rating — which suits any office that measures supply runs in months, not weeks. The 3 color set refreshes cyan, magenta and yellow together when color output is due a full renewal, and the 5 color set is the complete reset: black plus all three colors in a single box. If your machine empties one color at a time and often, single cartridges from the wider family listings may suit better; for planned restocking, the packs win on simplicity. Compatible cartridges here are covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year returns.
Chip, toner and everyday use
Multipack buying works only if the spares stay fresh: keep the second cartridge of a 2 pack sealed in its bag until the first is spent, and store boxes flat in a cool cabinet rather than on top of the machine where heat rises. When a cartridge does go in, a slow rock from side to side wakes the toner up after its time in storage. The chip in each cartridge reports levels to the panel, so a shared calendar note of install dates helps the next person judge what the gauge is telling them. Rated yields assume about 5% coverage, so a color-heavy month will always outrun the estimate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the WorkCentre 7425FB use the same toner as the standard 7425?
Yes — the FB is a factory configuration of the same machine, and it takes the same 006R01395 black cartridge and the same 006R01396, 006R01397 and 006R01398 color cartridges.
Why does this page list packs instead of single cartridges?
This category stocks the 7425 family in the multipack formats maintenance buyers prefer: a black 2 pack, a 3 color set and a 5 color set, plus drum multipacks. The cartridges inside are the standard family cartridges by number.
How much black printing does the 2 pack cover?
Each 006R01395 cartridge is rated at approximately 26,000 pages, so the 2 pack represents roughly 52,000 pages of black capacity at 5% coverage before the shelf is empty again.
What drum does the 7425FB need?
The 013R00647 drum unit, sold on this page in 2 pack and 4 pack form under the short code 13R647. It is a separate imaging part, replaced on its own cycle rather than with the toner.
