Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Premium Quality" on this listing actually stand for?

Straight answer: the cartridges in this box are the same ones sold under the standard WorkCentre 7425 FB listing, at the same $132.31, under the same terms. The wording is a listing label, not a different formulation or a higher grade of toner, and we would rather say that plainly than let the name imply otherwise.

Then why do two FB listings exist side by side?

Because the catalogue is indexed by machine badge and buyers search it in different ways. Both pages lead to the identical four-cartridge set — black 006R01395 alongside cyan 006R01398, magenta 006R01397 and yellow 006R01396. Whichever of the two you check out from, the shipment that reaches you is the same.

Do the page ratings change on the Premium Quality version?

They do not. Black carries a 25,000-page rating and each color 15,000 pages, exactly as on the standard listing. A label on a web page cannot add pages to a cartridge, and these figures are quoted at standard coverage just like the rest of the family.

Can I verify the contents against what is in my machine now?

Yes — pull any cartridge and read its number, or check the machine's supply screen. You should find the 006R01395 series: 95 for black, 98 for cyan, 97 for magenta, 96 for yellow. If all four match, this set is a like-for-like replacement for what your FB is already running.

Does choosing this listing alter the returns window or warranty in any way?

No. The same 1-year warranty and the same year of free returns stand behind it, because it is the same product. The shipping and returns page spells out how both work, and nothing in the fine print distinguishes this page from the standard one.

Who helps me if a cartridge underperforms, and where does the order ship from?

Our support desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and orders are dispatched from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA. If you also run other machines from the Xerox range, their supplies are grouped on the brand page for one-stop reordering.

About This Xerox WorkCentre 7425 FB Premium Quality 4 Color Set

At $132.31 this Premium Quality listing delivers the standard WorkCentre 7425 FB toner set under another name: black 006R01395 rated at 25,000 pages and cyan 006R01398, magenta 006R01397, yellow 006R01396 rated at 15,000 pages apiece. Same cartridges, same price, same backing — the honest summary is that the badge on the listing changes, the box does not.
