Frequently Asked Questions

We manage forty rental properties. Which cartridge feeds the lease packets we print every week?

The black cartridge, 006R01457, rated at 22,000 pages, does the bulk of it — leases, renewals and maintenance logs are page after page of text. The colors serve the move-in checklists with color-coded sections and the occasional photo sheet: cyan 006R01460, magenta 006R01459 and yellow 006R01458, each rated at 15,000 pages. Expect to reorder on black's schedule, not the colors'.

Before we commit, how do we verify the numbers against our machine?

Open the supplies status on the device and line the numbers up: 006R01457 for black, 006R01460 for cyan, 006R01459 for magenta and 006R01458 for yellow. Do not rely on the sequence looking tidy — yellow sits at the lowest color number, so confirm each one on its own rather than glancing down the row.

This listing says Premium Quality. Are we paying extra for something different inside?

No, and we would rather say so plainly. The Premium Quality listing contains the same four cartridges as the standard listing, at the same $313.49, with the same page ratings and the same warranty and returns terms. It is a label on the listing, not a different fill, a different cartridge or a longer life. Order whichever listing you find first; the box that arrives is the same.

Can one person at the front desk change a cartridge between tenant appointments?

Easily. The empty cartridge lifts out of its own slot and the fresh one slides in — no tools, no service call, and no need to touch the other three cartridges. A leasing agent can do it between showings and have the machine ready before the next applicant sits down.

How should a spare set be stored in a small property office?

Keep it sealed, flat, and in a cool spot away from windows and heating vents. A sealed cartridge keeps its full life on the shelf for a long stretch, so buying the set when the low warning appears — rather than after a color stops mid-packet — costs nothing in shelf life.

How does delivery work, and who helps if a cartridge misbehaves?

Orders ship from our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, and delivery windows plus return terms are spelled out on the shipping and returns page. Each cartridge is covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, and support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Other Xerox supplies for the office are collected on the brand page.

About This WorkCentre 7125T Premium Four-Color Toner Set

A property management office lives on documents — a lease signed in the morning, a scanned application by noon, a color-coded inspection packet by Friday. The WorkCentre 7125T shares its supplies with the WorkCentre 7125, and this set matches that rhythm: 22,000 pages of black for the contracts, 15,000 pages from each color for everything with a heading or a photo in it.

The Premium Quality wording deserves a plain footnote: the price is $313.49, exactly what the standard listing charges, because the cartridges are exactly the same. Same numbers, same ratings, same coverage — the only decision here is keeping a set on the shelf before the next lease signing needs it.
