Listing flyers are mostly photographs — what do the color ratings really promise?
Each color in this set — cyan 106R01507, magenta 106R01508 and yellow 106R01509 — is rated at 12,000 pages, and black 106R01510 at 18,000 pages. Those ratings assume light, standard document coverage. A full-bleed listing sheet with three interior photos lays down several times that much toner per page, so a brokerage should treat the color figures as ceilings and expect heavy photo work to cycle the colors sooner than the black.
How do we check this set against the cartridges already in our machine?
Read the part number off any cartridge you pull, or off the box in the supply cabinet. Your machine is on this family when it uses 106R01510 for black, 106R01507 for cyan, 106R01508 for magenta and 106R01509 for yellow. Matching numbers mean the set on this page is the set your printer already knows.
Magenta just faded the night before an open house — are we replacing everything?
Only the magenta. The cartridges sit in separate bays and are spent separately, so you swap the one faded channel and leave the other three in place. For a weekend open house, that means fresh flyers tonight without paying to retire cartridges that still have pages in them.
Is it better to hold a full spare set, or reorder colors as each one fades?
Most brokerages do both: one sealed set in reserve for the emergency swap, then individual reorders once they learn which channel their marketing actually drains. Listings with a brand color in the logo often pull one channel — frequently magenta or cyan — well ahead of the rest, and the reserve set keeps that from becoming a deadline problem.
What cover comes with these cartridges?
A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns stand behind every cartridge. A cartridge that bands across a photo or runs dry far ahead of its rating can be sent back, and the cover applies per cartridge, so the rest of the set is unaffected.
When can we reach a person, and where do orders leave from?
Support is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Stock ships from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA. Delivery and return specifics are set out on our shipping and returns page, and more of the Xerox catalogue is gathered on the brand page.
About This Phaser 6700DT High Yield Toner Set
Real estate print work is unforgiving: a faded flyer makes the property look tired. This set gives the Phaser 6700DT a deep bench — cyan 106R01507, magenta 106R01508 and yellow 106R01509 at 12,000 pages each for photography-driven marketing, and black 106R01510 at 18,000 pages for contracts, disclosures and correspondence.
All four high-yield cartridges come to $221.21 in a single order. Replace channels one at a time as listings consume them, keep the set as the standing restock, and the office printer stops being the thing that decides whether marketing ships on Friday.
