Frequently Asked Questions
Menus and table tents are heavy color. What should we expect from the color ratings?
Expect less than the headline figure, and that is normal. Each color is rated at 6,000 pages under standard document coverage, and a menu page carrying photographs and solid background panels uses several times that coverage. The black cartridge, rated at 8,000 pages, mostly prints training sheets and prep lists in a restaurant office, so it cruises while the colors do the heavy lifting. When a new menu drops, budget color accordingly.
One color faded the morning of a promotion launch. Are we down until a full set arrives?
No. The cartridges are four independent sealed units. Swap only the faded color, leave the other three in place, and print the launch materials — a single-channel change takes minutes and wastes none of the life left in the surviving cartridges.
Is the Premium Quality set a step up from the standard set?
It is the same step, at the same height. The Premium Quality listing contains the identical four cartridges as the standard listing — black 113R00726, cyan 113R00723, magenta 113R00724 and yellow 113R00725 — at the identical $211.70 price, with the identical warranty and returns terms. We label the two lines differently; the boxes are not different, and we will not pretend otherwise.
How do we make sure this set fits the back-office machine before ordering?
Pull up the supplies screen on the Phaser 6180N and compare numbers, or read the label on any cartridge currently in it. You are matching black 113R00726, cyan 113R00723, magenta 113R00724 and yellow 113R00725. Four matches means the set is right for that machine — no other test is needed.
How does delivery work for a restaurant group?
Your set leaves from the closest of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and the timing and carrier details for single or repeat orders are set out on our shipping and returns page. A sealed spare in the office cupboard is cheap insurance against a menu change landing on a Friday.
What if a cartridge from the set is faulty?
It is covered by a 1-year warranty, and returns stay free for that same 1-year span, so a faulty cartridge comes back for a replacement or a refund. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST when a location needs help identifying which supply its machine is asking for.
About This Phaser 6180N Premium Quality High-Yield Toner Set
A back office running menus, table tents and training material asks a lot of color, and the Phaser 6180N answers with a high-yield set rated at 8,000 pages in black and 6,000 in each color. This Premium Quality line carries the same cartridges as the standard set at the same $211.70 — the honest difference is the name on the listing, nothing in the carton. Keep a sealed set in the cupboard, and a surprise menu revision is a print job instead of a problem. The rest of the Xerox range is on the brand page, and the base Phaser 6180 page covers the wider family.
The complete model list for this toner reads Phaser 6180DN, Phaser 6180MFP, Phaser 6180MFP/D, Phaser 6180MFP/N and Phaser 6180. For single-position refills, the four cartridges are listed separately: yellow (113R00725), the 113R00726 black cartridge, the cyan 113R00723 cartridge and magenta (113R00724).
