Frequently Asked Questions

Our bulletins go out every week without fail. How long will one set last us?

Black is rated at 24,000 pages, and cyan, magenta and yellow are each rated at 17,200 pages, all at standard coverage. A bulletin that is mostly text with a color cover page leans lightly on the colors and steadily on black, so a weekly print run stretches a set across many months. Announcements and event flyers with heavy color are what shorten that span.

What does the Premium Quality label on this 7800YDX set actually mean?

Plainly: the same product under a longer name. The cartridges are the standard four — 106R01569 black, 106R01566 cyan, 106R01567 magenta, 106R01568 yellow — the price is the same $322.35, and the warranty and return terms match the standard listing exactly. Nothing is upgraded, added or withheld between the two pages.

How does our administrator confirm these are the right cartridges?

Open the supplies screen on the printer, or read the label on a cartridge as it comes out, and compare with the set: 106R01569 in the black position, 106R01566 in cyan, 106R01567 in magenta, 106R01568 in yellow. Four matching numbers settle the question before the order goes in.

Saturday setup finds one color empty. Is the Sunday run in trouble?

Not if a spare set is on the shelf — and even the swap itself is small. Each cartridge is its own sealed unit, so only the empty color comes out and its replacement goes in; the other three are untouched. One test bulletin confirms the print is clean, and the run proceeds on time.

How does delivery reach a small office like ours?

Sets are sent from whichever of our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California is nearest, and the shipping times and return terms are explained on our shipping and returns page. Ordering when the first warning appears, rather than at empty, keeps any deadline comfortably clear of the delivery window.

What backing does the set come with?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns cover all four cartridges, so a faulty unit is exchanged or refunded. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the broader Xerox selection is gathered on the brand page if the office runs additional machines.

About This Phaser 7800YDX Premium Quality Toner Set

A weekly bulletin cycle is a deadline that never moves, and the printer behind it has to be ready every single week. The 7800YDX belongs to the Phaser 7800 family and feeds on this high-yield set: black 106R01569 with a 24,000-page rating, alongside cyan 106R01566, magenta 106R01567 and yellow 106R01568 at 17,200 pages each. Premium Quality is only the listing's wording — the cartridges, the $322.35 price and the terms are the same as the standard set, which is exactly what a standing weekly order wants.
