Frequently Asked Questions

What is in the box when this set reaches our packing bench?

Four sealed high-yield toner cartridges and nothing more: 106R01569 black, 106R01566 cyan, 106R01567 magenta and 106R01568 yellow, for $322.35 all in. Imaging drums and the waste toner container are different parts on their own listings, so if the printer is flagging one of those, add it as its own item rather than expecting it here.

How do we match the set to our 7800YDX before we buy?

Check the supplies screen on the machine, or the label on any cartridge you pull, and line the numbers up: black takes 106R01569, cyan takes 106R01566, magenta takes 106R01567 and yellow takes 106R01568. If the installed cartridges carry those four numbers, this set is the refill the printer already uses.

We print product inserts every day. How do the yields play out?

Black is rated at 24,000 pages and each color at 17,200 pages under standard coverage. Branded inserts with color blocks and product photography draw heavier coverage than office text, so the colors deplete faster than their ratings in daily production, while black stretches further on instruction text. Sellers usually reorder on the first color warning to keep the packing line moving.

One color is fading on today's inserts. Do we stop and change all four?

No stop beyond the one cartridge. Each color is an independent sealed unit, so the fading channel lifts out and its replacement goes in while the other three stay seated. Run a single insert as a test, confirm the color is solid again, and the batch continues.

When should we reorder, and how does shipping work?

The practical trigger is the first low-toner warning, not an empty cartridge. Orders leave from the closest of our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California, and the transit and returns details live on our shipping and returns page. A sealed spare set at the bench removes the urgency entirely.

What guarantee comes with the cartridges?

Each one carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, so a cartridge that fails is replaced or refunded instead of written off. Questions reach our support team Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the rest of the Xerox catalogue is on the brand page for other machines in the operation.

About This Phaser 7800YDX High-Yield Toner Set

For an online seller, the printer is part of the product experience: the insert, the care card and the thank-you note are what the customer holds after the box opens. The 7800YDX, from the Phaser 7800 family, runs this high-yield four-cartridge set — black 106R01569 rated at 24,000 pages, and cyan 106R01566, magenta 106R01567 and yellow 106R01568 rated at 17,200 pages each. Match the numbers to your installed cartridges, bring the set in at $322.35, and the inserts keep pace with the orders.
