Frequently Asked Questions

What does this set contain?

The four cartridges for the 7120/7220 platform: black 006R01457, cyan 006R01460, magenta 006R01459 and yellow 006R01458 — one per slot, in a single box. Two generations of WorkCentre multifunction machines share this same cartridge family, which is what makes the set useful across mixed fleets.

What page yields should we plan around?

Black 006R01457 is rated at up to 22,000 pages; cyan 006R01460, magenta 006R01459 and yellow 006R01458 are rated at up to 15,000 pages each. Those are 5% coverage ratings, so an office printing color presentations and scanned-color copies will see the color cartridges finish ahead of the black.

We run both a 7125 and a 7225. Is it really the same set for both?

It is. The WorkCentre 7120 and WorkCentre 7125 take the same four cartridges as the WorkCentre 7220, 7220i, WorkCentre 7225 and 7225i. One shelf stock of this set can therefore serve every one of those machines in the building.

Do the four cartridges have to be replaced as a group?

No — each one is a separate unit that the machine tracks individually. Replace whichever color the panel reports as empty and hold the rest. Fitting all four at once is only worth doing when the machine shows several colors low together.

What backing comes with these cartridges?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns cover every cartridge in the set; the full policy is on our shipping & returns page. Questions are answered Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

How fast can a replacement set reach us?

The set is $313.49 and dispatches from the closest of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — so most offices see it within a few business days. Because all four colors travel together, there is no second wait for a back-ordered single color.

About This Xerox WorkCentre 7120 4 Color Set

One set of four cartridges — black 006R01457 (up to 22,000 pages), cyan 006R01460, magenta 006R01459 and yellow 006R01458 (up to 15,000 pages each) — restocks the whole WorkCentre 7120/7125 and 7220/7225 family for $313.49. For offices that standardized on these multifunction machines, it turns toner ordering into a single line item. Other models in your building are covered elsewhere in the Xerox selection.
