Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a price difference between this Premium Quality MC837DN set and the standard one?

There is none. Both listings are $139.21 for the same four-cartridge configuration. We are not going to dress that up: "Premium Quality" appears in this listing's name, but the price tag is identical to the standard set, so pick either listing knowing the cost to you is exactly the same.

How many pages does the set offer in each color position?

Each cartridge — black, cyan, magenta and yellow alike — is rated at 10,000 pages. Because all four ratings match, a fresh set gives the MC837DN a balanced starting point; no single color begins life at a disadvantage against the others.

What are the four cartridge numbers in this family?

The set covers 44844509, 44844510, 44844511 and 44844512 as a complete group. If your purchasing records track this printer by cartridge number, any of those four numbers points back to this same four-color set rather than to individual cartridges sold separately here.

Which printers can use this set besides the MC837DN?

Alongside the MC837DN, the set fits the C831, C831dn, C831n, MC873dn and MC873dnc. For other machines in the Oki family, see the sets collected on our Okidata page.

Are these original Oki cartridges or compatibles?

They are compatible cartridges built to the specifications of the 44844509, 44844510, 44844511 and 44844512 family — not Oki-manufactured originals. At $139.21 for four cartridges (about $34.80 each), the compatible route is the reason the full set stays at this price point.

What if I need to return the set or ask for help?

Returns are free for a full year and the warranty also runs one year. Orders ship from IL, PA, GA and CA, and our support team is reachable Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. The full policy lives on our shipping and returns page.
