Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make sure I reorder the exact same set for my C9600HDN?
Match the part numbers, not just the printer name. This set is the 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904 family, and those four numbers are printed on the cartridges in your machine now. If the cartridge you pull out carries one of them, ordering this set lands you the identical four cartridges again.
Is the Premium Quality version priced above the standard set?
No — it is the same $292.17, with the same up-to-15,000-page rating on every cartridge. We are not going to invent a premium difference that the price list does not support; the two C9600HDN listings cost the same because the set inside is specified the same.
What does the box contain?
Four sealed cartridges: black, cyan, magenta and yellow, one per toner slot. Each is rated at up to 15,000 pages under the standard light-coverage method, so the box is a complete refresh rather than a top-up of a single color.
Which machines does this family fit?
The Oki C9600hdn, C9600hn and C9600n, and the C9800hdn as well. The part-number check against 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904 remains the most dependable way to be sure.
Can I fit just the cartridge that ran out?
Yes. The cartridges are independent, so replace the empty one and leave the others working. On a shared C9600HDN that keeps downtime to a couple of minutes instead of a full four-cartridge change.
What happens if one of the cartridges disappoints?
Every cartridge in the set is a Clever Supplies compatible backed by a one-year warranty and one-year free returns — see our shipping & returns page for the details. Orders ship from the closest of our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California warehouses, with support on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
