Frequently Asked Questions

Does "Premium Quality" raise the price of this C711WT set?

No — it is $137.17, exactly what the standard C711WT set costs. There is no premium surcharge in this listing, and the ratings are unchanged too: black up to 11,000 pages, each color up to 11,500.

What is in the Premium box, then?

The same four cartridges as the standard set: black, cyan, magenta and yellow, together spanning the 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 numbers. Nothing is added or swapped because of the label.

Which machines is this set listed for?

This C711WT listing sits in the group whose compatibility covers the C711dn, C711dtn and C711n — the same four-cartridge set specification across those models.

How should I plan around the ratings?

Plan per position: black to roughly 11,000 pages, colors to roughly 11,500 each at standard coverage. If your work is color-dense, expect the color cartridges to set the pace; if it is mostly documents, black will.

What backs these compatible cartridges?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. The full terms are on our shipping & returns page, and more of the range is on the Okidata page.

How fast can I reach someone if a cartridge underperforms?

Support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders ship from our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses.

About This C711WT Premium Quality Set

Premium Quality in the name, standard numbers in the listing: this C711WT set is the four-cartridge 44318601–44318604 box — black to 11,000 pages, colors to 11,500 each — at $137.17, the same as the standard set. Order it for complete four-position coverage; just do not pay a mental premium for the label, because the price does not ask you to.
