Frequently Asked Questions

Six cartridges, all colour — did the black get left out by mistake?

No mistake: this set is two each of cyan CF401X, magenta CF403X and yellow CF402X, and the black cartridge is a separate purchase in the 201X family. It is built for printers like the Color LaserJet M252dw that burn through colours while their black barely moves.

What sort of work empties colours at double speed?

Anything image-led: property particulars with photographs, event programmes, menu boards, training packs with colour diagrams on every page. On jobs like those, cyan, magenta and yellow are laid down constantly while black only prints the text — two rounds of colours to one of black is a common rhythm.

How much printing is in each cartridge?

Every colour here is the high yield version, rated at 2,300 pages, so each bay holds two cartridges' worth before reordering crosses your mind. Photographs and solid colour backgrounds consume toner well above the standard rating basis, so graphics studios should treat that figure as an upper guide.

Do the pairs have to be used in any order?

One cartridge per bay goes in now; its twin stays sealed as the spare. When you rotate stock, fit the older spare first so inventory turns over in order. Stored away from heat and damp, a sealed cartridge keeps perfectly well between changes.

What is the price, and what protection comes with it?

The six-cartridge set is $96.12 and carries a 1-year warranty, with 1-year free returns available under our shipping and returns policy if a cartridge arrives damaged or fails early.

How soon can it reach me, and where do I turn with a problem?

Orders ship from our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California, reaching most addresses within a few business days. If a colour still misbehaves after fitting, our support team is on hand Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This 201X Six-Colour Set

This is the restock for a printer that thinks in pictures: the three high yield colours, CF401X, CF403X and CF402X, doubled, for $96.12, so each colour change is met from the drawer instead of a delivery wait. The black for the same machine is sold on its own in the HP range, ready to add whenever that bay finally asks.
