Frequently Asked Questions
Why do the toner warnings on our 6700 arrive in a cluster?
Because the four cartridges usually start their lives on the same day and drain under the same workload. When a set goes in together, the black 106R01510 typically calls for attention first and the colors follow in quick succession — which is exactly why a complete 6700 set on the shelf beats four separate emergency orders.
How far does one full set take a busy department?
The ratings are generous: roughly 18,000 pages from the black 106R01510 and about 12,000 pages apiece from cyan 106R01507, magenta 106R01508 and yellow 106R01509 at standard 5% coverage. A workgroup printing reports and presentations all day still measures that in months, not weeks.
Which Phaser 6700 versions does this set fit?
All of them. The 6700, 6700N, 6700DN, 6700DT and 6700DX all take black 106R01510, cyan 106R01507, magenta 106R01508 and yellow 106R01509 — the trays and finishers differ between versions, the toner does not.
Can I swap just the color that ran out?
Yes. Nothing in the set forces a group change. Each cartridge is sealed separately and answers for its own slot, so you can replace only the magenta today and leave the rest of the bundle boxed until the printer asks for them.
What does the $221.21 set price include?
All four cartridges for the machine — one black 106R01510 and the three colors 106R01507, 106R01508 and 106R01509 — individually wrapped and ready to install. It is the printer's complete toner complement in a single order.
What if a cartridge misbehaves after installation?
Every cartridge in the set is backed by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns. Shipments leave from our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, and the shipping and returns page explains transit times and return steps. Our support team is available Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
