Frequently Asked Questions

The name says "Toner Cartridges" — how many cartridges are in the box?

One. The plural wording in the listing title is a naming habit of this product line, not a count: this is a single cyan cartridge, Xerox part number 106R02225, priced at $40.71. If your office needs spares, order the quantity you want — each unit ordered is one cartridge for the cyan position.

Why does one cartridge cover both Phaser printers and WorkCentre machines?

Because the Phaser 6600 series and the WorkCentre 6605 series were built on the same print engine and share the same supply set. Whether the machine on your desk is a printer-only Phaser or a print-copy-scan WorkCentre, the cyan slot takes the same 106R02225 — which is why a mixed fleet only needs one cyan spare on the shelf.

Which exact models does it fit?

The Phaser 6600, Phaser 6600N, Phaser 6600DN, Phaser 6600YDN, WorkCentre 6605 and WorkCentre 6605DN. This page is titled for the 6600 line, but the cartridge is identical for the WorkCentre models on the list.

How do I tell it is the cyan running out, and not another color?

Watch the greens and blues. Cyan and yellow together make green, so a tiring cyan cartridge turns greens yellowish and dull; cyan working alone makes blue, so blues go pale and grey. If reds and blacks still look strong while the blue-green half of the spectrum sags, the evidence points at this cartridge.

Is this the high-yield cyan or a standard one?

High yield. The 106R02225 is rated at up to 6,000 pages at 5% coverage — the capacity figure to use when you compare cost per page across listings for this platform. At $40.71, that is roughly 0.68 cents per page.

What if the cartridge disappoints?

It carries a 1-year warranty with free returns for a full year. Details live on our shipping and returns page. We ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and our support team answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
