Frequently Asked Questions

How should we plan reordering around a 3,500-page cyan cartridge on our C2670FW?

Work backwards from your colour volume. If the C2670FW turns out a few hundred colour pages a week, a 3,500-page CLT-C505L covers months of work, so a sensible rhythm is to reorder when the printer first reports low toner rather than waiting for it to stop — that warning arrives with a useful margin still in the cartridge. Offices that cannot afford a pause keep one spare on the shelf and treat fitting it as the trigger to order the next.

Does copying on the C2670FW spend this cyan as well, or only printing from a computer?

Copying spends it too. A colour copy is a print, and it lays down the same cyan toner a computer job would. Scanning and faxing, by contrast, put nothing on paper, so those functions leave the CLT-C505L untouched.

What are the early signs that the cyan is nearly finished?

Blues lose their depth first, skies turn pale, and greens drift yellow at the edges of charts and photos. The C2670FW will also flag a low-toner warning on its panel. Those signs mean the remaining life is short — fine for finishing the day's work, but the moment to have the replacement in hand.

Which printers take this cartridge?

The CLT-C505L serves Samsung's ProXpress C2670FW and ProXpress C2620DW. This listing is centred on the C2670FW, but the cartridge itself is the listed cyan for both models.

Tell me about the warranty and returns position.

The cartridge is covered by a one-year warranty, and if it proves faulty or simply wrong for your needs, returns are free within the first year. The complete policy lives on our shipping and returns page.

Where will it come from, and when is help available?

Your order is sent from one of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA, whichever serves your address best. For advice at any point, support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This Cyan Cartridge for the ProXpress C2670FW

This compatible CLT-C505L is the 3,500-page cyan for the Samsung ProXpress C2670FW (also fitting the C2620DW), priced at $47.40 — roughly 1.35 cents per page at standard coverage. On a multifunction machine that prints and copies all day, cyan is spent by both jobs, and a high-fill cartridge keeps changeovers rare and predictable. It belongs to our Samsung toner range and is covered by a one-year warranty, with free returns throughout the first year.
