Frequently Asked Questions

What does this five-cartridge set cover?

The whole printer, in one order. The set is built around the cartridges named on the box — the CLT-K505L black with the CLT-C505L cyan and CLT-M505L magenta — five cartridges in total, so a single delivery refreshes every bay in the machine and leaves the supply cupboard holding stock again instead of empty slots.

How do the black and colour ratings compare inside this set?

The black cartridge is the marathon runner of the CLT-505L family at 6,000 rated pages, while the family's colour cartridges are rated at 3,500 pages each, all at the standard 5% coverage. That weighting reflects how these printers are actually used: text volume dwarfs colour volume in most offices, so the set's capacity leans toward the cartridge that empties first.

What does the set work out to per cartridge?

At $158.50 for five cartridges, the average is $31.70 a unit. Read it as a blended average rather than a single-cartridge price — the value of the set is that the entire family's supply lands together, priced as one box and shipped as one parcel.

Who gets the most out of a complete five-cartridge refresh?

Offices that cannot schedule around a dead printer: the single-machine practice, the front desk that prints all day, the team whose colour and black seem to expire in the same week. Swapping everything at once also resets the printer's output to a known baseline, which makes any later print-quality question much easier to diagnose.

Which printers does this set fit?

The two machines built on the CLT-505L family — Samsung's Xpress C2620DW printer and the ProXpress C2670FW multifunction model. If your printer's cartridges carry 505L codes, this set is the complete restock for it.

What protection stands behind the set?

A one-year warranty covers every cartridge, and returns within that year are free of charge — you will find the process on our shipping & returns page. Warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California handle dispatch, and support runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
