Frequently Asked Questions

What does the 10-pack do to the price per cartridge?

It brings the 42102901 down to about $13.16 a cartridge. The box of ten costs $131.58; the same ten bought singly would be $298.00, so buying at this size saves $166.42 and locks in roughly 60,000 rated pages at about 0.22 cents a page.

Sixty thousand pages sounds like a lot — who prints that much?

Busy B4350s and B4300s in invoicing, dispatch and records roles can clear several thousand pages a month, and fleets multiply that fast. Ten cartridges is also a sensible annual buy for a handful of machines sharing one stock cupboard.

Do the ten cartridges all serve the same printers?

Yes — every unit in the box is the 42102901 high-yield black cartridge for the Oki B4300, B4300n and B4350. There is nothing to sort: any cartridge from the box fits any of those machines.

Is there a risk in holding this much toner stock?

The cartridges stay sealed until fitted, and sealed toner stores well in cool, dry conditions. The real planning question is usage: if your machines get through a cartridge every month or two, a 10-pack turns over comfortably rather than gathering dust.

What warranty and returns come with a box this size?

These are compatible cartridges built to the 42102901 specification, and each is covered by a one-year warranty and one-year free returns. The details are published on the shipping & returns page.

Where will a box of ten ship from?

From the closest of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA. For questions about volume orders, support answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and every other pack size of this cartridge is listed on the Okidata brand page.
