Frequently Asked Questions

What yields do the four cartridges in this set carry?

The black 331-0778 is rated at up to 2,000 pages. Each color — 331-0777 cyan, 331-0780 magenta, 331-0779 yellow — is rated at up to 1,400 pages. Those are the high-yield fills for this family, and the split reflects real use: the black cartridge does most of the work in everyday office printing.

Why does this listing name four part numbers instead of just saying "Dell 1250"?

Because the part numbers are the precise identity of what is in the box: black 331-0778, cyan 331-0777, magenta 331-0780 and yellow 331-0779. Model names overlap and get reused across printer generations; the four numbers do not. If your 1250's supply information or the labels on your current cartridges show these numbers, you have identified the right set with no ambiguity at all.

How does the set price work out?

$46.23 for all four cartridges, roughly $11.56 per cartridge. For an office keeping a 1250-series machine in service, that is the full cost of a complete toner refresh in one line item — no separate orders for separate colors as each one happens to fail.

Which printers does this set serve besides the 1250?

It is the family set: the same four part numbers also run in the 1250c, 1350cnw, 1355cn, 1355cnw, 1755nf, 1755nfw, C1760nw and C1765nf. Any office with a mix of those machines can hold this single set as the spare for all of them.

What if we only need the black right now?

Install the black and keep the three colors sealed in the box. The set imposes no all-at-once rule; cartridges are independent, and the unopened ones store well in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. When a color does run down, its replacement is already in the building.

What cover stands behind a code-listed set like this?

The same as behind everything we sell: a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, applied per cartridge. If one part number misbehaves, we deal with that cartridge alone — see our shipping and returns page for the details, or reach us Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
