Frequently Asked Questions

Who honestly goes through ten Canon 128 cartridges — 21,000 pages?

More offices than you would expect, because this cartridge is small: 2,100 pages disappears fast on a shared machine. A busy front office, a clinic or school office, a dispatch desk running a FAXPHONE all day, or anyone feeding two or three imageCLASS machines from one supply shelf can work through ten in a season. This pack exists for them — and we will say plainly that for a single lightly used home printer, it is more toner than you need.

What is the real saving at this quantity?

Ten singles at $26.19 would run $261.90. The 10-pack is $95.43, so you keep $166.47 — a saving larger than the price of the pack itself. Each cartridge lands at $9.54, the lowest unit price in this family, which brings the toner cost to roughly 0.45 cents per rated page against about 1.25 cents for the single.

Can one box supply several different printers?

Yes, and that is a common way this pack gets used. Every cartridge inside is an identical compatible Canon 128, made for Canon imageCLASS and FAXPHONE printers that use the Canon 128 cartridge, so a central supply shelf can serve any machine in the office that takes a 128. Hand them out one at a time as machines call for toner; the rest stay sealed and ready.

Will the last cartridges in the box still be fresh when we finally open them?

Kept sealed in their packaging, stored flat somewhere cool and dry and out of direct sunlight, toner cartridges wait patiently — toner is a dry powder and does not dry out or expire the way liquid ink can. Rotate the box first-in, first-out, and the tenth cartridge prints like the first.

If a cartridge from the middle of the box fails, do I have to return all ten?

No. Our 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns apply to each cartridge on its own, so a faulty unit is replaced or refunded individually — the nine good ones stay on your shelf and out of the paperwork. The terms are on our shipping & returns page.

How is an order this size delivered, and who do I call with a problem?

It ships as one order from the warehouse nearest you — we stock in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California — so even a case-sized restock travels the short way. Support is a real team, available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, for questions about the cartridges, the delivery or an installation.
